Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Reelynx AI (hereinafter — "Service", "we", "us") and the user (hereinafter — "User", "you") when using the REELYNX platform.

1.2. Registration and/or use of the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.3. The Service reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Description

2.1. REELYNX is a platform for automated video content creation using artificial intelligence technologies.

2.2. The Service uses third-party API providers (OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, etc.). Quality and availability depend on third parties.

3. Account

3.1. Registration is required to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information.

3.2. You are fully responsible for the security of your account, including passwords and API keys.

3.3. The Service may block or delete an account without warning in case of Terms violation.

4. Plans and Payment

4.1. The Service provides free access when using your own API keys.

4.2. Pro subscription provides access to Service API keys on a monthly payment basis.

4.3. No refunds. Paid funds are non-refundable, including in cases of:

  • Errors or unavailability of third-party AI providers
  • Incorrect content generation by AI models
  • Exceeding third-party API usage limits
  • Voluntary discontinuation before subscription expiry
  • Account blocking for Terms violation

5. Liability

5.1. The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, generation accuracy, or fitness for specific purposes.

5.2. The Service is not liable for:

  • Errors or unexpected AI generation results
  • Temporary unavailability of third-party APIs
  • Losses related to using the Service
  • Content created by the User
  • API key leaks caused by the User

5.3. Total liability of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the last month of subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All rights to the REELYNX platform belong to Reelynx AI.

6.2. Content created by the User is their property to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the Service for:

  • Creating illegal or offensive content
  • Violating third-party copyrights
  • Distributing malware
  • Attempting to bypass Service security systems
  • Reverse engineering or copying the platform
  • Reselling access without written consent

8. Termination

8.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time. Unused subscription balance is non-refundable.

8.2. The Service may terminate access unilaterally without explanation.
